Been working here for over a year. At first it was great! Getting to work with dogs didnt even feel like work.
Cons
At the time of this review: management has no clue what they are doing. They are too stingy to pay employees so they cut everyone to the bare minimum hours. Now work usually done by 3 or 4 people are hurled on to 1 maybe 2 people(regardless if there are many boarding dogs or not). No matter how hard you work, you will never be appreciated. Don't expect a raise, ever. Don't expect your voice to be heard by management.
