Messy company structure, poor communication between departments, unreasonable timeline create very stressful environment. Rushing the work, unable to pay attention to detail results in lots of mistakes and redoing things. The company doesn’t pay supplier and designer can’t use many materials. Upper tier people have very low EQ. They are moody, sarcastic, threatening people to fire them which they did it too, high rotation in the company.
