Pros
Decent 401K plan, but nothing else. Getting off at three o'clock in the afternoon wasn't bad either. Happiness was not having to put up with the childish nonsense that goes on there. Wish there was an option for negative scoring on this site.
Cons
Felt lied to by management about the details of the job when I was hired. Sat for months with nothing to do. They are very strict about EVERYTHING, now paper, writing utensil, or cell phone allowed.. Treated like a mindless idiot most days. Extremely boring work when and if there ever was any. Constantly picked on and stalked by supervisors. Not much hope for advancement or even a pay increase, zero work/life balance. They would prefer you not have anything to do with your family, and if you have kids, forget it. Constantly having to have job fairs to hire desperate unsuspecting victims. Worst place I have ever worked.
