- Micromanagement - No advancement opportunities due to being a small company. However, the company been around for more than 10 years so you would expect a huge growth but instead they are struggling fighting for contracts. - The service the company provides (OSHA training,state grants etc) is seriously a waste of federal money due to their lack of structure and out of date technology. - Favoritism at its finest. Hence why the current employee who wrote a "great review" been with the company for 10 years. Whomever you are, you are garbage with your false lies.
