Pros
Nice size office where you generally work in small teams of 2-3, nice variety of projects to get an overview and learn from. Good for learning esp for an intern, as you get to work on different stages across different projects. If you are a year-out intern you can get more responsibility following 1 or 2 projects closely. Most team leaders and architects are kind and sensible. Work parties are fun. Office is big and nicely designed. You get a lot of opportunity to design and give input even as an intern. While at times expectations can seem high, seniors are generally willing to guide and give tips on how to deal with various scenarios and processes at work.
Cons
Even on days where you have less work to complete, you might feel pressure to stay late as it is a culture to hang out in office after hours. Being an intern, you can tell that a lot of pressure is placed on staff to get things done quickly and well. You will get remarks on your performance from time to time, not always helpful, if negative they are worded like “warnings”. Some indecision from above makes work tasks difficult sometimes.
