      Co-Workers who I meet for a few days before they quit

      Pay, pay is poor, Owner has a problem speaking the truth, high turnover. people quit after a few days.

      Pros

      Working from home is a positive. There is some flexibility and you can create your own schedule for 80% of the workload.

      Cons

      Learning to seperate work and home life is difficult. There is always more work to do and you need to be great at time management.
