Not worth it - Operations Manager K1 Speed Employee Review

I loved the environment, coworkers and the job itself is easy.

You deal with people having attitudes over wait times and prices.

There are not many pros however You get discounts on races and food and drink but its only 25% and your co workers are good for the most part

Im not sure i have enough space in here to list them all. Management was amazing here however Its a corporate company who only sees numbers and doesn’t care about you there is 0 training they teach by the sink or swim method as a head mechanic you are responsible for karts and making orders however the head of kart one distribution is lacking at his job to say the least he will send parts that dont fit your karts in quantity that you did not need or best of all he just wont send it and then corporate grills you as to why karts aren’t ready i can honestly say everyone in the store is amazing but i have been to 4 different locations helping out and not a single person corporate or in store has had anything positive to say. Also the entire company is a revolving door and that should tell you how they are as a company. Also dont expect to be promoted they like to hire outside the store when positions become available
