Leasing - Anonymous employee K&R Realty Management Employee Review

K&R is a company where employees group together based on their ethnicity and will speak about you if you do not speak their language (Spanish). The problems are over looked and the manager of the department does very little to help with the problems. Lazy people are rewarded while those who work hard have to suffer. Problems reported to higher managers and HR are over looked which explains why the retention rate for leasing is horrible. Also there are little to no benefits.
