      Decent opportunity as a temporary place to begin a career in Manufacturing.

      Cons

      Enormous work loads at ridiculous pay rates for employees. No reasonable structure or promises for wage increase,just higher expectations of employees for little or nothing in return.

      Accessible culture. No gaps between execs and operators

      Cons

      Company struggled financially. It has been hoping to come back from last 3 years. Diversity is not the best because of 50 plus years of history of being in Riverside, long tenures and the type of industry.

      No pros but the pay but you only get that if you Overextendand exhaust yourself out. 30% off filters I guess, 4 days on 3 days off in some cases

      Cons

      Good work means absolutely nothing to them. They team up, hr sucks, the company only looks out for their veterans to the company. DO NOT GET COMFORTABLE. wolves in sheep skin. If you speak up for yourself they don’t like that.
