They give you what you want for pay minus a few dollars. A month after your start they low ball you ALMOST $10 LESS They start new employees at $14 hr. $1 raise after 90 days. $1 raise after a year. However, they low balled me less than the starting rate. They offered me $15 an hr a few days later. I refused. Everybody is less than 2 years there. Before a year they send you to work for Sunesys. A Crown Castle Company so they don't have to give you raise. They send you to Sunesys like a temp agency. You work for them. K&B gets paid. Never have I heard HR say, "Are you ready to work with "Kids". She explained because most there were 18 and 19 years old. HR said they have a hard time finding people with ITT Tech closing. Use this to your advantage. They need people. Work Four 10 hour days. 1 Hour Lunch.
