The company offers solid training and has high quality standards. I like the level of structure and organization in production. Managers outline responsibilities and expectations clearly. There’s a good deal of variety – it’s not the type of manufacturing job where you simply stand in one place doing the same thing all day. I’m improving my technical skills and learning a lot about pharmaceutical systems.
