There are absolutely no pros

This is a horrible place to work. I felt the negative energy my first day. I worked in the Stockbridge location. They deserve no stars. Most of the employees get special treatment. They are allowed to call off whenever, they are allowed to take longer lunches and leave early. They don’t have to clock in and out. (Note their badges don’t work) They are allowed to be on the phone and watch you work as they are put on a line with no work then once work is put on their line they are moved to another line with no work and you are put on their line with work. They mess with your lunch and purses and water bottles. I had to put a lock on my purse and lunch bag. If you complain about the ones who get special treatment the manager and leads will try to may like your production scores are down or that you have errors. But when asked what errors they say they don’t know. And the job is no way a production job they just say that when they have a personal problem with you. A production job can’t be where you have to wait for someone else to finish with a box then pass it to you. And then once the box is passed to you it may not have a product for you to put in your area. The manager and leads just sit around and talk about people. Be careful of the passive id badges. (Look it up to understand more) And they wonder why they have a big turn over.. You may need a job but trust this ain’t it.
