      Pros

      Employees have passionate hearts for the mission, are kind, and want the best for the organization and their colleagues.

      Cons

      Top talent has either been let go or has chosen to leave since new leadership was put in place, leaving a huge gap of historical knowledge. More employees have plans to leave in the next 6 months. Went from a mission-focused, employee-appreciated organization to a fear-based, distrustful organization.

      The multimedia ministry is a wonderful place to work and move people closer to Jesus.

      No option for hybrid work could be a negative for some.

      Pros

      The rank and ladder staff are amazing, the mission is easy to get behind and the benefits/perks are good. From what I can tell, the further down the ladder you are, the better the working environment.

      Cons

      Leadership is awful and the good ones keep leaving. The culture is worse than it’s ever been and those at the top seem tone deaf to that reality.
