Pros

The benefits here are the best I've seen.

Cons

Lack of career opportunities/career advancements, to improve culture K-LOVE introduced a 5 day a week in office schedule which annoyed a number of employees, lack of communication from senior management. Within the last 2 months over half the leadership team has left and given the company no information as to why they are leaving or why they got fired leaving lower level employees anxious about their roles/departments.

The multimedia ministry is a wonderful place to work and move people closer to Jesus.

No option for hybrid work could be a negative for some.

Pros

The team members here are genuinely hard-working. They bring real care and sincerity to their work and the audience they serve. It's clear that the team members, no matter where they are in their walks with the Lord are not the problem.

Cons

Everyone should be concerned about the turnover. More than half of the executive staff have left, and there is a large amount of team members leaving. What's even more interesting is how many people with industry knowledge and networks are being fired or are quitting. It also seems that there is a difference on what leadership is communicating as to why so many are leaving, that is in direct opposition to why people are actually leaving (poor and toxic leadership). We have seen inconsistencies and disorganization appear, in a company that had run smoothly for I think 40+ years. The whole company seems to lack motivation, random brands have been created with no strategy, meaning money is bleeding out to keep them afloat. Trust between leadership and team members has disappeared. What's the saddest part? Like any other company all the problems can be tied back to money and man's desire to be known, by someone other than Jesus. There is no legacy in the world worth what is happening to this "ministry"
