Pros

No cold calls, 2 -3 leads everyday, through sales training with Ai simulation, easy communication throughout workplace with a knowledgeable dispatch center, management and installers, minimum six day work weeks with day starting at 8am with virtual sales meeting. First lead is scheduled at 10am with the last lead at 6pm.

Cons

Must choose days off one month in advance, large territory in Northern California.

I love my job. I get to work with a lot of great people. KD is part of Great Day Improvements, one of the largest home improvement companies in the country! Great benefits, continued training, great people.

Cons

If you don’t love home improvement, it may not be the place for everyone.

You get to see all 4 points of Colorado.

Cons

60+ hours a week, 3500 miles a month, job breakdowns are always in favor of the company not you. Micro managed. They keep you filled with guilt and promise you the best pay but you won't see above 5%. Will tell you the customer tried to cancel so they had to give them a discount that comes out of your pocket. No gas reimbursement if the lead is 125 miles or less. And no paid hotels for overnight or week long trips to poe dunk towns. Your training pay is a 3 week draw that you have to pay back. Your best bet is to just don't. Your better off at McDonald's
