They are very focused on client success and developing real problem-solving approaches. The people are all very warm, kind, respectful of each other

It can be a bit loose at times, but I think that comes with pushing the envelope. Clients sometimes struggle to work easily with teams, especially if they don't understand the technology and are risk averse.

Always pushing the envelope to create engaging communication for clients' audiencies. Fun work environment and friendly people. Cannot beat working in Newport Beach either.

A lot of confusion as to what they will and will not produce for clients and prospects. Overall lack of direction when it comes to marketing the amazing creative they produce. Too much employee turnover.
