Pros

When I first worked I was amazed with how they treated their behavior technicians. You had all the resources, you felt at home, you chose your own hours, they had training and amazing program supervisors and clinical directors.

Cons

When I first worked I was amazed with it but going into it for 6 months I began to see the flaws. My client was great and I loved the surrounding but whenever it came to dealing with scheduling it just felt like I was walking on egg shells but I let that slip. There was a time I didn’t see my clinical team for a month. It was hard since my kid was having behavior issues. I wish there was a way I could’ve collaborated with them easier but they are very busy people also. Finally I had to move out of state for school. I told them a month in advance( so they would find a replacement for me, they found a temp)I wanted to talk to them about how I felt of the company but it was a joke. At my exit interview They never had my check, they didn’t even ask me any questions about my experience but tell me they will mail my check( which was wrong.) that’s all. It was so unprofessional. I was with them for over a year and that’s the kind of service I get. It’s a growing company, but turning corporate I hardly know anyone in the company now. I was really drawn to their ideas and vision. Yes they provide great services to clients and are supportive clinically but administratively not.
