Pros

Founder-led leadership that is extremely hands-on, passionate about the problems we solve, and very clear on where the company is going over the next five years. The product and technology are genuinely differentiated — this is true enterprise software that can automate the chargeback process today, and as customers continue using the platform, the AI and ML drive even greater ROI that directly impacts net profit. There is a significant learning and career growth opportunity right now as the company expands further into the U.S. market and builds an enterprise sales motion in an untapped space. The culture is highly collaborative and performance-driven, with clear KPIs across teams and a strong sense of shared ownership around winning and taking care of customers.

Cons

This is a startup environment, so it’s best suited for people who are comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and helping shape the future of the company. Processes are not perfect yet, but the right technology and foundation are in place to solve, improve, and scale quickly as the company grows.

- The people are genuinely all lovely - Everyone is very supportive and collaborative of each other - Good work life balance - Opportunity to travel if you want to - Good pay

Cons

- AE/SDR communication is quite poor so there can be a lot of overlap with outreach - Ties in to the above: The CRM data is a mess so it can cause you to waste your time going after accounts that we have recently spoken to, currently working with or have recently gone cold.
