Pros
Working at Just Wears was a great experience for me. It's a small team and Co-founders Alex and Yang really make you feel at home there right from the start. With any startup, there's a ton of work to do always, but no one ever seems stressed out or in a rush. Not once while I was there was I pressured to hurry up on my work.
Everyone is focused on what they have to do and as long as you're taking that work seriously Alex and Yang will be two of the most understanding bosses you've ever had. I've asked to come in late, leave early, or take a day off for a long travel weekend and never once had a problem from them. If you're capable and respect how much work they put into the company, they'll respect you and your needs.
The small nature of the company allows for lots of learning opportunities in every aspect of the business. I focused primarily on the logistics side of things, but by my interactions with the co-founders (Who are both very knowledgeable) and other employees, I learned a ton about running a business in general. Everyone there is happy to explain to you what they're doing and teach you if you need help.
In short, If you work hard and want to be treated like a human being, this is a great company to work for.
