I was fortunate enough to join the team at a time when it just started its social media affiliate marketing campaign. With the amount of power delegated to me, I was able to define what I wanted to do with the brand and collaborate with all the other members of the team to create the strategy. The supervisors and boss are really forgiving if there are any occasional mistakes, and they try to push you to be better at doing your task by providing valuable advice. There is also no company politics what so ever and everyone is simply doing their best to make things work.
Cons
I really do not find any fault with this company. Obviously, being a startup, there will be a lot of work but this is what I was expecting and to be quite frank, any intern and entry-level employee should be expecting.
