Thank you for your review, especially your positive feedback on our colleagues/peer. The other areas highlighted by you are serious, and I have shared it with my CEO so that he is aware. We have a feedback portal where all employees are encouraged to put up their suggestions, and our CEO respond to every feedback or ask HR to follow up. Staff benefits are spelt out in our HR handbook and we have not changed it in the last 2 years. We might sometimes revise the compensation package of some staff due to evolving business environment or when we try to fit an employee to a different role. This is done in consultation with the Management. During interviews, HR either plays the role of the interviewer or observer. We often review the candidate's profile electronically on the phone or use it to jolt down notes as an observer. I apologise if this is perceived negatively and will review our practice moving forward. We may try and persuade good staff to stay but we do not stop staff from leaving using scare tactics. You might write to our CEO personally with any specific incidents as per our Workplace Grievance Policy.
