The HR dept is the key reason why so many talents are leaving the firm. If the company wants to retain good employees, they should seriously go figure what is wrong with the HR department.
Constantly spreading negativity and gossip, the HR dept really doesn't care about staff's feedback. They always treat feedback as some form of attack. Whenever they likes, they will revise the benefits and package. Not putting in efforts to hire effectively too, texting on the phone while doing interviews. Using scare tactics to stop people from leaving as well.
This is disappointing.
