- Manager expect you to become pro to all modules without a proper trainings.
- Manager expect you to do the works of others by reply Whatsapp in 2 hours and email as soon as possible eventho its not within your jobscope.
- A lot of customers complain about the smoothness of the software which very irritating. - the same technical problems keep happening.
- A gossip culture within the finance department (in MY office) is extremely worrying.
- It feels most of the managers did not act professionally like used to in MNCs companies. They have gossiping whatsapp groups to talk bad about colleagues (accidently saw it).
- Very high turn over. Once you stepped in, there will be another 2 person left, and new employees coming few months later.
- Some of the good reviews are being forced upon employees based on group activities.
- very toxic environment to grow.
