Pros
There is literally no benefit to working for Raj Arora. your coworkers might be nice but it's only because you all share the same hell.
Cons
As a designer you will be blamed for everything. The only thing you can expect is for Raj — the CEO — to move the goal posts in an argument and he will occasionally throw a tantrum shouting, "DO YOU KNOW WHY I SIT IN THE BIG CHAIR?!" (the answer is daddy's money.) Pay is not competitive. Benefits are not competitive. The structure of the company is very informal. There is no hierarchy and no room for advancement. There are no senior level employees to learn from as the turn over rate is incredibly high. You will gain very little from this job. It is not a stepping stone towards a better career in graphic design. If anything, it is a step backwards. Deadlines are unrealistic. For example, create 10 concepts each for 5 licenses and have them mocked up and laid out in an item catalog and ready to present your concepts to the client within 2-3 days. Then 2 days later, after working 15 hour shifts (with no over time and no gratitude) get yelled at for not having the CEO's one idea done (that he never bothered sharing with you) and then present to the client. If the client doesn't like something the CEO will belittle you in front of the client and tell you what a dumb idiot you are for including that concept. This sounds like an exaggeration, but it's not. If you want more reviews look up Classic Imports, Raj's previous company.
