I had initially intended to write a full length review covering the cons in detail, but decided to focus on one in particular:
In October ‘23, I was one of several impacted by layoffs at Juro. This unfolded without any form of a redundancy package. After being made redundant on 18/10, I was placed on Garden Leave until 17/11, with no additional compensation beyond accrued holidays.
While I accept that many companies are going through difficulties at the moment, the way in which Juro executed this process lacked empathy.
This was quite shocking for a company whose supposed values include ‘Be More Human’.
