Pros

Decent benefits, some great people worked there New CEO (Paul) is very good

Cons

The software itself was actually really unreliable and connections between nodes kept breaking for large customers. Really awkward having to keep addressing the same problems occurring for large regulated customers. These problems were never properly fixed. Former CEO lacked leadership qualities and did not inspire success. The product tried to do a lot of things at once in poor way, rather than be best of breed at a few great features

Pros

I really enjoyed my time at JupiterOne. It was one of those environments where you genuinely felt trusted to take ownership, bring ideas to the table, and create things that could actually make an impact. I always felt like leadership was open to feedback and willing to support new ideas, which made it easy to get buy-in and move things forward. The culture was honestly one of my favorite parts. Everyone was supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with. There were a lot of people who cared about the work but also cared about each other. Overall, I’m really grateful for my experience there and everything I was able to learn and contribute during my time with the company.

Cons

The pace can be fast, which may not be the best fit for everyone, but if you love the start-up thrill you will love J1!
