Nothing significant as such but it’s very strict with the timing

1. Salary on time 4th of every month 2. Working hours 9.30 am to 6.30 pm 3. Festival Holidays 4. Party at weekend 5. Employee are friendly

1. Salary on 4th of every month ( if there is a holiday,leave,absent,natural calamity etc then might be a delay ) 2. Backdated product and no service 3. Only focus on business and revenue 4. No benefits are such as EPF,MEDICLAIM/ ESIC 5. No rewards and recognition 6. Sales and marketing profile no incentive structure is there 7. Computers need to start atleast 15mins time. 8. Holiday calendar makes huge confusion and full of error. 9. No leaves will entertain @ the time of natural calamities such as earthquake,cyclone and also there no paid leave is available in election day as they told that higher Management need some updated feedback from the news media. 10. No payslip and appointment letter ( If u need payslip they will provide u an excel format statement )
