Pros

The pros have slowly diminished over the past 2 years. When I first started here it was amazing, a great work-life balance and a truly understanding company. Everything changed when they sold to NFP. Remote work is about the only perk left at this point. Oh the nice monitors that were sent is a perk I guess, and the pay is pretty good.

Cons

Health insurance sucks, the culture is fake, most people here are looking for new roles. they have laid off so many amazing people recently found out including people who were still serving clients! A lot of the true remote people that were here, have now been laid off and keeping most of the people who show up in office and bump shoulders with higher ups. They like to play favorites and don't even hide it at this point. They have laid off almost every POC that has worked here. NFP didn't help, they monitor how long you're on your computer with tracking software, they don't care about growth and if your project ends prepare to be laid off based off their behavior in the past year. Definitely dont be outspoken here as that will also get you canned it seems.

Pros

Great, flexible working environment. They treat everyone like adults and are very understanding when you need flexibility because you have a sick child at home, etc. They have a high level of accountability within the organization, so don't expect all the flexibility in the world if you aren't willing to put in the work.

Cons

None that I can think of.
