Pros

Juno were wonderful to work for. They are incredibly open with regards to providing opportunities for employees to further themselves, whether that be external training or internal support to improve areas of your role. The support structures in place, for when you're struggling or finding things are tough, are excellent and the whole admin and HR departments are highly skilled. They encouraged social activities within and out of the work place, making sure people felt like a team rather than just colleagues. I believe the benefits provided by the company were excellent and they had recently added private health insurance shortly before I left, and were always looking for ways to give back to staff.

Cons

Due to the rapid growth of the business, there were sometimes stressful or unrealistic deadlines for projects and tasks. These were normally handled well internally, but were created by external factors that come with growing the business and expanding operations.

Pros

There are very few pros, if any.

Cons

The lab technician position at Juno was not worth it in my experience. The pay is low compared to the amount of work expected, and the workload is extremely high. Most of the job consists of repetitive, tiring tasks with little opportunity for growth. The lab manager is also very difficult to work with, which makes an already stressful environment even harder. Overall, I would recommend gaining lab experience somewhere else where the pay, management, and work environment are better.
