Coworkers became very close and worked well together. Direct manager was very helpful, patient, understanding. Flexibility in scheduling. Work life balance was very fair. Remote work.

Changes almost daily. No direct communication from upper management. Looked at with a microscope very heavy micromanagement. No room to advance. Very small raises 2-3% annually.
