Pros

No Pros, leaving black faces.

Cons

1. Firstly, micro management for employees, hourly basis tracking, customer staff people who are sitting since 6 years as they think are dictator specially QA stuff and spreading communalism. 2. People who become recently manager in development, they are only sole responsible for project as it is their perception, during 3 am in morning they can call you for completion of work. 3. One dictator is sitting in US, who used to remain developer some 3-4 years back, now he is running his own botnets in India. 4. In name of BigData Automation, they are simply pushing in manual testing and development is like SELECT *. 5. If you want to join hell, then I will surely recommend, there is no life for them. They want employees to remain in office as they dont have family life or either they are divorced. Only this Team is making Juniper name worsened. First fire those people who are sitting here for more than 7 years.

Cons
