-above avg pay and benefits -wonderful environment -fair hours and work like balance -amazing training

-can be stressful, like any other phones sales

The benefits were decent and the team of representatives were great

There were a VP, Director and a Manager constantly telling you different things. The CRM is terrible and the company refuses to pay for the appropriate software to have it working smoothly. The office is small with too many people crammed in a small space and the restroom access is ridiculous. Goals and commissions were confusing.
