      The audience and the products are fun.

      Cons

      Number one issue is blatant gender bias. They use an old-school management style that is built on fear and pressure to achieve goals. Everything about this place is built on an outdated model that simply cannot survive.

      The benefits were decent and the team of representatives were great

      Cons

      There were a VP, Director and a Manager constantly telling you different things. The CRM is terrible and the company refuses to pay for the appropriate software to have it working smoothly. The office is small with too many people crammed in a small space and the restroom access is ridiculous. Goals and commissions were confusing.
