Care more about EDI, saving money, trans, rather than the actual growth and development of students. Once heard that we need to hire more employees of color. Not sure what race has to do with the qualification of an applicant. School and executives care more about the non-normal 1% of students and don't care what the 99% of normal students think. Forced vaccine and mask mandates on everyone. No scientific data to back the decisions.
