      Pros

      IMO, it's the best environment to learn technical and soft skills from beginner to advanced skill level. There you will learn how to communicate better and clearer, how to lead, how to be an awesome developer/designer/PM. - Great people to work with. - Great management and C-level team - There is always something new to learn with them. - If you want a challenge, you will get it. - You can grow and advance in your career at your pace. - You'll work in several different projects with different clients, different people, different challenges and different technologies. - They are always improving in all areas and processes. - They have a strong feedback culture to help each person advance in their careers.

      Cons

      - As of today, it's not a great company if you are moving from advanced to expert in your field. - Leaning towards "wokeness" and because of that sometimes political views get in the middle of work. I think it's unnecessary and I'm not a fan.

      We value your feedback, but we believe that we should not be neutral in situations that affect us as a society. We have the responsibility and power to make a change, so we are deeply committed to bringing awareness to social problems such as racism, LGBTphobia, capacitism and, especially, inequality. Over the last year, we started doing our first initiatives to change this reality the best we can, and we are definitely proud of all the steps we’ve made and all the results we’ve already achieved. There is a long way ahead of us, but we believe that this is a path and we’ll keep going on this way.

      Pros

      We see people, processes and time dedicated to self-professional development, with mentorship, balancing perfectly with deliveries on projects, which come from all around the globe. The environment is of great collaboration and learning, people are open-minded to listen and make the best decisions, they inspire and motivate you to keep growing.

      Cons

      The processes are not mature, some of them being structured yet. This is balanced with good communication.
