Pros

Nothing much, other than remote or hybrid option, and an adequate salary.

Cons

I started working for the company over a year ago and remained with it until recently. I have advised everyone I know to stay away, unless it is a matter of survival. As noted here by several (former) colleagues, June Homes felt like a sinking ship from day one. Although based in US, they started outsourcing roles in Europe quickly due to lower wages - think Russia / Ukraine for technical ones, and Greece for customer-related ones. Recently, they started downsizing due to financial issues and lack of investor funding, leading to multiple rounds of mass terminations - first in Sept 2022, then in Dec 2022 which is still ongoing. As a result, new roles are being covered by candidates in the Philippines, since wages are even lower there. The globally-distributed teams the company boasts about create a lot of issues with coordinating projects, due to lack of staff and different time zones. Overall, corporate culture is non-existent, the CEO has no clue how to run things, there is no vision or strategy whatsoever, talented people abandon their positions asap (if not unjustly fired), promotions are granted based on connections / loyalty to the company as opposed to actual talent, and the bonus structure is ever-changing and unrealistic (learned that the hard way, unfortunately). If you are an experienced employee, do yourself a favor and stay away!!!
