Pros

I started my professional career at Jumpwire and had the opportunity to be a part of an amazing team and culture. Although I was in an entry-level position, I was able to earn the autonomy to work heavily on some of the largest brands in North America. As well as had the support from management to test and try new things. Moreover, the ability to work remotely was a really big plus and the internal comm. system allowed us to still feel really connected as a team, even though we were only in office once per week. My biggest takeaway from my time here was the ability to balance a full schedule efficiently, understand how social networks/structures operate and to understand what it is to be a part of and contribute to an innovate culture. Gavin's the driving force behind this shop - his energy and dedication to continually improve the organization is infectious. This was complemented by a strong senior management team and some very interesting/exciting projects.

Cons

It's hella face-paced here. Make sure to reach out to direct managers early, to make sure you have positioned yourself for the best opportunity success. There is a strong network of support in place here. Once you get up to speed, you're golden!

Pros

I have been working with Jumpwire Media as a contractor and they have been quite resourceful to me as an individual. Noteworthy among their many pros include high level consistency in terms of work quality, active engagement and exceptional rewards.

Cons

A rigorous growth strategy that may throw contractors off balance, but which nonetheless works for the good of the company.
