      Pros

      The clinicians and health coaches are fantastic. Coming in every day with smiles on their face, hanging out, talking, lot of fun.

      Cons

      This company is plagued by horrible management. Several people are unhappy with the upward mobility that is promised to them but not delivered. This results in a lot of toxic relationships. The CEO spends meetings denigrating and dismissing managers in front of everyone. Might be a culture thing. Some clinicians and regional directors are treated favorably, while others that work harder are not. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. Many long term employees here regret being at this company.

      Wonderful team. Great clients. Benefits, 401K. Friendly upper management. Given educational tools and Informative seminars.

      Cons

      Clientswho didn’t follow the teachings and complained about not getting results.

      Pros

      Amazing coworkers and patients. Rewarding work. Early hours but once you’re used to them it’s awesome. Everyone is extremely kind and really cares about what they’re doing. Never had better coworkers, it’s like a family. They also do yearly reviews and, if you do well, you’ll get a raise.

      Cons

      Low pay and not enough PTO. MCCs do so much, it is a challenging job that honestly very few people can excel at, they should get much higher pay. Upper management that don’t work in clinic doesn’t really take feedback from employees who work in clinic.
