Pros

There is so much to mention here, but I'll mention top 10 pros in my opinion: 1. Flexible working time 2. Extraordinary people and A+ players 3. Strong and great company culture. I'm feeling included even though I am not physically in the company (work remotely) 4. Transparency is on a really high level, top management is constantly sharing everything with employees regarding mission, vision, finances, etc. That is something I have never seen before in companies I worked for and I really value this. 5. Great leadership. People on leadership positions here really know what they are doing, they are always ready to help, give advice, understand you and support you 6. There are a lot of every-day challenges and opportunities for growth 7. People first. Jumpcut really focuses on people as much as possible 8. Interesting and world-changing products 9. Great compensation 10 . Since this is still startup, things are moving fast, work is never boring and I really like that

Cons

Can't think of any really. :)

Pros

An excellent team. Really enjoyable experience working with everybody in the creative and production departments. Everybody was super cool and talented.

Cons

The stability of the company was unfortunately not... stable. The company went down and had to have large layoffs that really left the team shorthanded.
