Pros

Few marketing agencies have figured out how to maximize the potential of remote workers like JumpSeat has, adding up to a fun, collaborative culture and smart, strategic B2B work that really raises the creativity bar for its clients. From the leadership to the account team to the creatives, JumpSeat is a pleasure to partner with across the board. And the work of tackling a diverse array of challenges for clients across multiple cutting-edge industries keeps things interesting on a daily basis. In a nutshell, JumpSeat a remote team that really doesn't feel like one.

Cons

Not a con in my book, but be aware that if you're looking to work with simple brands selling straightforward products, this isn't the agency for you. Many of JumpSeat's clients hail from complex, fast-paced B2B industries that demand equally complex thinking and efficient production.
