      Pros

      I really do love my job at JumpDemand. Finally found a place where I feel my contribution to the company matters. Executive management is very open with communication and encourages questions to be asked. The opportunity to learn and grow with the company is a huge plus for me. I'm challenged every day.

      Cons

      Small company so it places limitations on resources - people, time etc. At this time, benefits (health/dental) are not offered. Staff works remotely - which for me at this time is not a con. Really this is something that could go either way depending on your personal situation.

      The only Pro is Working from Home

      Where to start?? This is by far the worst place I have worked. The training was terrible and practically non existent. There are a bunch of useless meetings which is so hard to not fall asleep in. Then within customer service the pointless retro meeting on thrusday was very stupid. Overall, i would avoid this place or at the very least, keep looking for a new job while there.
