-there are SOME nasty people, they will insult your work, life, and personal choices. There are some good people, but the negativity outweighs their positive outlook.
- NO guidance from management/bosses.
- FORCED PTO days, meaning you have no say over your vacation.
- don’t think about getting sick, everyone views sick days as “I don’t want to work” and they will actively talk about you behind your back.
- AI for everything.
-Do not think you’ll get a raise, you will keep your lowballed salary until the day you decided to leave.
