This is a company that truly embodies its purpose: to transform lives through learning and growth. As a strategist at Jump, I’ve worked closely with clients from various industries on unique projects that have had meaningful impact in the world. I’ve interviewed fascinating people from all walks of life, allowing me to build a deep level of empathy along the way. While the work has definitely been challenging, it’s been all the more rewarding because of the meaningful work we’ve produced. It’s a challenging, but fulfilling, role. Regarding my growth, this company has helped me tremendously on both a professional and personal level. It’s helped me think more critically and creatively about the ambiguous problems that we’re presented with. I’ve grown as a leader with every project, and have learned a tremendous amount of information as well. Not a day goes by that I don’t learn something new. Jump does an amazing job of constantly pushing me outside of my comfort zone just enough to learn a new skill or further develop an existing one. Everyone here is truly committed to each others’ growth, and it’s amazing to see how supportive everyone is of one another. I’m surrounded by some of the most brilliant people I’ve ever met in my life, and it’s genuinely a pleasure working alongside them. I’m inspired by them every day.
