      Pros

      Healthy working culture, no working after working hours. Colleague are nice, no politics.

      It’s a quite introvert company, the environment is quiet and focus. But the people are nice, just not that kind of high energy vibes.

      Pros

      They provide quite a good amount of training. Every year, they even selected 1-2 individuals to go overseas for a 1.5-year training program in Japan.

      Cons

      The daily documentation is no joke, we have a lot and lots of meetings. Long working hours.
