The class sizes were small, if given the freedom it would be an enviornment that would actually allow you to be an educator.
Cons
Director was irrational, explosive, unprofessional,had no leadership skills acted on impulse,cared only about her own aspirations as a theater director at all cost, to students, staff and teachers.
