      - most coworkers are nice and work hard - learn about printing - clients are all over the world, online company

      Cons

      - pay is so low it's embarassing - need way more people to do how much work they want - mgrs are useless, only care about each other & sucking up to owner - sexist, play favorites - manipulate and guilt trip - owner is arrogant, messes up everything

      Pros

      Not so bad for a job straight out of college or if you only have an associate degree. Friendly coworkers Solid work/life balance

      Cons

      Pay is a little less than industry standards Lack of opportunities to grow. They promise opportunities will come in time but who knows when that will be. Complicated system that keeps getting more complicated despite promises to the contrary and therefore results in micromanagement. High turnover. They promise a new website but who knows when it'll be here.
