Pros

In the 4+ years I worked for Juhll, under the mentorship of Chris & Jen I gained extraordinary education & experience in business/marketing/advertising. To anyone with drive & willingness to put in the work, the sky is the limit within the company. Obviously my job responsibilities were my primary focus, but I was constantly encouraged propose new ways to grow the company as well as further my own education. Jen & Chris are good people who strive for a win-win in every employee situation. Jen & Chris both consistently encouraged setting boundaries, being transparent, setting goals & following through with those goals. The environment was very much, "Work hard, play hard". Unlike big corporations, when the company is winning, you're winning too. Jen, who I worked the closest with in my years at Juhll, had this simple mantra: "Do what you say you're going to ." As simple as it sounds, it was something I was able to carry over to my personal life as well as my entire career path thus far.

Cons

Juhll provides a competitive & challenging work environment, so if you're looking for a leisure J-O-B, this isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a career that constantly challenges your growth & efforts- this is where you want to be. Juhll is not a big corporate business. In the corporate world you're a number & you may be able to get away falling under the radar at times. At Juhll, you're a valuable individual, and while this means you won't get away with flying under the radar or slacking off (because each employee is truly valued), the bonus is, you aren't just a number. Your efforts (or lack thereof) will be recognized.

Pros

This is a small business experiencing hockey-stick growth. This means that you will have the opportunity to both be a part of massive growth, but also have the opportunity to be an integral part of it.

Cons

The company is NOT Fortune 500. Cushy benefits, ample vacation time and an ability to hide in the shadows, if that's what you are looking for, is not what the opportunity that is available, here. This isn't a place, necessarily, for work-life balance. This is a place to be heads-down, work your butt off and be a part of building something exciting. If this isn't what you are looking for, then you likely will not be happy, here.

Pros

Dynamic and passionate leadership team, committed to top quality results. I'm an independent contractor and have worked with Juhll for several years. I am selective about the clients I take on, because integrity is extremely important in the way I do business (and it's why 100% of my business is referral-based). Listen - the leadership team has high expectations of their staff. They pay well and take excellent care of their people. Unfortunately, there are those employees who simply can't keep up with the high-pressure environment of a small business dedicated to delivering high quality service and product to their customers. In the years I have worked with Juhll, I have never seen or heard an employee be disrespected by the President/CEO, and have certainly never felt disrespected myself. Furthermore, I am a woman, and I believe the executive team is the furthest thing from being sexist. I have only seen them celebrate my successes. If you are motivated, intelligent, driven, and take pride in your work, you will thrive at Juhll. They value their strong players and know they can't make it without you.

Cons

Not everyone has the work ethic or the drive to keep up.
