This place really sucks the life out of you. It's known as The Judson Way: Find a district that's successful; try to steal their ideas; force your staff to implement for 1 or 2 years tops; react to something else a year later and forget about all the time and money poured into the other initiatives. Take take take more more more from the teachers and DEMAND that they put their own health, wealth and families behind the admin's desires to polish their image or shirk responsibility of blame.
