If you are a miserable person you will be miserable no matter where you work. Judd Wire goes way over and above for all their employees and does its very best to work with everyone.

The employees are usually good, the benefits were ok.

Very gossipy, you will never be taken seriously as an employee, management is a joke, they will work you into exhaustion and damage, you are just a number, safety is a joke, they claim your concerns are a priority but they never listen to them, Japanese parent company that expects their American owned companies to work like they are in japan (they want you to work all hours, max hours, never take a day off, kill yourself at work, forced overtime), the pay is a joke compared to industry standards, they have an eto system as well as a point system, they advance you on a merit system of 1-5, you will never get a 5 and supervisors are constantly pressured to give their employees bad reviews so they get horrible raises, step raises that give you very little in the form of extra pay which are percentage based upon your current wage, most employees hate their job there and drink a lot.
