Parking can be tricky at times

great team on the floor, everyone works great together and wants the best for the shop.

management has driven the shop into the ground. they fire anyone who gives criticism. they give an “open pay structure” so you can “move up the ladder” and then proceed to never give raises for the shifts you work because you are never considered proficient enough. its insane. When you want to work full time they schedule you below the threshold that allows you to get benefits.
