Pros
Great coworkers and overall team comradery. Learned a lot about coffee and customer service.
Cons
Pay is not commensurate with volume. You will work way too hard and barely make a living wage. No room for growth. Owner does not delegate well to the managers, so tons of things get neglected (including employees). Did not have benefits when I worked there.
